摘要
着重讨论干纺腈纶聚合工艺中,影响纤维颜色的因素———聚合物烘干机出口温度、风送系统氧含量、质量流量计内氧含量高,找出相应措施,取得满意的效果。
This paper mainly discusses the factors influencing fiber color in polymerization process of dry spining acrylon production,such as exit temperature of polymer drier,oxygen content in air blowing system and high oxygen content in mass flowmeter,finds out relative measures,achieving satisfactory results.
