States the strategic sense of recycling waste water,developing situation of recycling waste water at home and abroad,characteristics of industrial waste water,as well as typical treatment and recyle technologies and their application,lists typical cases of petrochemical waste water recycling projects,demonstrates methods of selecting process lines of recycling industrial waste water,and puts forward relative strategy and proposals.
