摘要
分析了表面倾角和水平悬空长度对熔融挤压MEM快速成型产品的支撑影响,以多种参数进行实际加工,得到无需添加支撑即可成型的极限悬空参数:表面倾角60°,水平悬空长度3mm。零件悬空部分的无支撑成型是利用成型材料自身的粘结性能、强度及刚性来支持丝料的悬空连续轨迹,保证后续成型。成型环境温度对悬空部分的成型质量影响较大。
The slope angle of the prototype affects the support patameters during the Melted Extrusion Modeling (MEM)process.The effect is analyzed by means of the physical models,the maximized slope angle(60°)and the longest horizontal suspended length(3mm)are obtained during the process.The principle of modeling without support for suspended parts is based ind the strength and rigidity of filament that carries itself.The ambient temperature during process has an important effect on the prototyping quality.
