摘要
报道了一种非流动传统型连续波凹面光栅选支CO2激光器,为了得到11μm附近的一些热带谱线输出,在不加CO2热吸收池的情况下,通过采用较大曲率半径的凹面闪耀光栅(闪耀波长10.6μm、曲率半径10m、刻线150mm-1)和适当地增加腔长(4.5m)来提高谐振腔的选支能力。除了得到常规带0001-[1000,0200]Ⅰ,ⅡR(56)至P(56)100多条谱线之外,还得到11μm附近其它谱线16条,其中包括0111-0310谱带7条、0011-1110谱带1条、同位素C13O1260001-1000谱线5条、C13O1280001-1000谱线3条。所有谱线的输出功率均在1.6W以上。
The purpose is to describe the design and the construction of a no-flow conventional CW CO2 laser with line selected by concave grating. In order to obtain the lines at 11 μm wavelength region, a concave grating (150lines/ram, blazed at 10.6μm) with a 10m radius curvature and a longer cavity(4.5m) is employed to increase the resolution of the cavity without a hot CO2 absorption cell in the cavity. In this laser, besides more than 100 laser lines observed from R (56) to P (56) in the regular 00°1-[ 10°0,02°0] Ⅰ.Ⅱ band,another 16 lines in 11μm wavelength region including 7 lines in the 01^11-03^10 band,1 line in the 00^11-11^10 band,5 lines in the isotope C^13 02^16 00°1-10°0 band and 3 lines in the isotope C^13 O2^18 00°1-10°0 band,are also observed. The output power of every line is above 1. 6W.
