Index System for Evaluating Economic Benefits from Enterprise Informatization

科学的评价指标体系是企业信息化经济效益评价的前提,本文分析了已有的指标体系存在的不足,设计了一套新的指标体系,解决了固定指标权重和行业适应性差的问题,利用BP神经网络处理非线性复杂系统问题的能力,研究了指标值的量化处理方法和权重的动态调整,为企业信息化经济效益的评价提供了客观的评价标准。

A set of scientific index system is the precondition for evaluating prise informatization. This paper analyzes the defects with the existent index the economic benefits from entersystem, and presents a new index system, which has solved the problems of static index weight and poor adaptability. Using BP neural network to deal with nonlinear and complex system, it researches index estimation and dynamic adjustment of weight, and provides an objective criterion for evaluating the enterprise informatization economic benefits.
