摘要 RNA干扰(RNAinterference,RNAi)是双链RNA诱导的转录后基因沉默。RANi在生物体内普遍存在,且高度保守,被生物学家誉为生物体在基因组水平上的免疫系统。随着RNAi机制研究的不断深入,RNA干扰作为一种高效的、序列特异的基因沉默,可在植物基因功能分析、农作物基因组改良和植物抗病毒研究等方面发挥重要作用。 RNA interference (RNAi) is a post-transcriptional gene-silencing phenomenon induced by double-stranded RNA. It turns out to be conserved among eukaryotes and can be compared to the immune system. With further study on the molecular mechanism, RNAi will play even important role in plant gene function analysis, genetic improvement of crop plants and antiviral research.
