芳纶1313浆液的粘度—温度—重均相对分子质量关系式

摘要 测定了芳纶1313浆液的旋转粘度、落球粘度,分析了它们随相对分子质量、溶液浓度、温度的变化关系;并且从阿累尼乌斯公式出发,应用多元逐步回归程序,建立了粘度、温度、重均相对分子质量三因素回归方程,导出了广义的粘度—温度—重均相对分子质量公式,为实际生产时芳纶1313浆液粘度和重均相对分子质量的控制提供依据。 In this paper, the viscosity performance of PMIA dope was studied. The viscosities were determined by molecular weight, solution concentration and temperature. The effects of molecular weight, solution concentration and temperature on rotational viscosimeter, falling ball viscosimeter were also discussed. According to arrherius equation, the experimental equation correlating the viscosity, temperature and molecular weight was derived. It is beneficial to the quality control of PMIA dope preparations.
