摘要
目的探讨感染血吸虫小鼠不同时期端脑外周型苯二氮卓受体(PBR)的表达水平。方法应用实时监测荧光定量PCR技术,于感染8、12、20周时检测小鼠端脑PBRmRNA的表达水平。结果在8、12、20周各时期的感染组小鼠较同期正常组小鼠的端脑组织PBR表达量明显增加;感染组小鼠随着感染时间的延长,脑组织PBRmRNA的表达量逐渐增加,感染8、12、20周脑组织PBRmRNA的表达量差异有显著性(P<0.01),而不同时期正常组脑组织PBRmRNA的表达差异无显著性。结论感染血吸虫小鼠在血吸虫肝纤维化过程中,端脑组织PBR表达水平显著增加。
Objective To explore the change of peripheral benzodiazepine receptors (PBR) ex pression in the telencephalon of mice with schistosomiasis. Methods The changes of PBR mRNA in the telencephalon of schistosomiasis mice were observed by the real-time FQ-PCR method. The results were judged with circle number of times (CT) when the level of amplification exponent achieved detecting liminal value. Results Comparing the experiment group (n = 10) with the healthy control (n= 10) at the 8th, 12th. 20th week, the changes of CT were significant (P〈0.01) . PBR mRNA expression was higher in the experiment group than that in the healthy control (8th week:27.98 vs 29.99, P〈0.01; 12th week 25.77 vs 30.06, P〈0.01; 20th week 23.43 vs 29.85, P〈0.01). The level of PBR mRNA expression was higher in experiment group in the 12th week than that in the 8th week (25.77 vs 27.98, P〈0.01), and that in the 20th week than that in the 12th week (23.43 vs 25.77, P〈0.05) . Conclusion PBR expression is high in the telencephalon of schistosomiasis mice with liver fibrosis.
