摘要
检测涟源钢铁公司SPHC钢各工序钢中氮含量(质量分数)的变化,分析吸氮原因.结果表明,在涟源钢铁公司目前生产条件下,LF炉精炼过程中钢液吸氮量最大,高达16.01×10^-6,且氮含量波动较大,在25×10^-6~49.23×10^-6间较大幅度波动,应控制该工序吸氮量并稳定操作.
The content of nitrogen in liquid steel was measured during processes of SPHC steel, and causes of nitrogen pickup were analyzed. It is shown that under the current operation condition in Lianyuan Iron and Steel Corporation, most of the nitrogen pickup occurs in the LF process, reaching as high as 16.01 × 10^-6, and the content of nitrogen varies significantly, in 25 × 10^-6 - 49.23 × 10^-6 great scope undulation. Therefore, nitrogen pickup must be controlled in the processes and operation must be leveled off.
