摘要
对影响平顶高斯光束和高斯光束三次谐波转换效率的泵浦光强度、偏振分量比、晶体长度和平顶高斯光束的阶数进行了分析和数值模拟.在类和(1)类相位匹配条件下,获得了平顶高斯光束三次谐波通过非线性光学晶体CsLiB6O10时,转换效率分别为86.7%和96%大于高斯光束的三次谐波效率72.6%和88%.
Based on the three waves coupling equations and the fields distribution of the flattened Gaussian, the theoretical investigations of the conversion efficiency of the third harmonic generation on Gaussian and flattened Gaussian beams are carried out numerically. The efficiency 86.7% and 96 % of the flattened Gaussian beams are larger than that of the Gaussian efficiency 72.6% and 88% on type Ⅰ and type Ⅱ for the third harmonic generation. The main results obtained in this paper would be useful for the design of UV lasers practical system.
