Spectrophotometric Determination of Total Flavonoids in Hypericum Scabraum L.

利用紫外分光光度法测定腺点金丝桃中总黄酮的含量,根据黄酮的不同提取方法:1、醇提法.2、碱提酸沉法.3醇粗提后碱提酸沉法[1].确定了提取总黄酮的最佳方法,得到了满意的结果.

Spectrophotometric method was proposed for the determination of total flavonoids in Hypericum Scabraum L. The purpose is to find out the better method for extracting the flavonoids in Hypericum Scabraum L. The three kinds of extracted methods have been determined. These were Alcohol extracting, base-extracting then acid-precipitation and, Alcohol extracting then base-extracting and then acid-precipitation. Testing results shows that Alcohol extracting then base-extractlng and then acid-precipitation method is the most effective one in these different extracting methods.
