反相高效液相色谱法测定三多消袋泡剂中齐墩果酸的含量

Determination of Oleanolic Acid in Sanduoxiao Tea Bag with RP-HPLC

目的：建立三多消袋泡剂中齐墩果酸的含量测定方法。方法：采用反相高效液相色谱法（RP-HPLC）测定齐墩果酸的含量。色谱柱：Kromasil C18（5．0nm×200 μm，5μm）；流动相：甲醇-0．5％醋酸溶液（84：16）；流速：1ml／min；温度：35℃；检测波长为210nm。结果：齐墩果酸的线性范围为：0．552～8．832μg（r=0．9／998），平均回收率为99.64，RSD为2．22％（n=5）。结论：反相高效液相色谱法准确、简便、快速、灵敏度高、重现性好，具有实用性，可用于三多消袋泡剂的质量控制。

Objective： To establish a RP-HPLC method for determination of the content of oleanolic acid in Sanduoxiao tea bag. Methods： Kromasil column （5.0 mm ×200 mm, 5 μm） was used. The mobile phase was methanol - 0.2% HAC （ 84：16）, flow-rate 1.0 ml/min, and the UV detection wavelength 210 nm. Results： The calibration curve was linear in the range of 0. 552 -8. 832 μg（r = 0. 999 8 ） for oleanolic acid. The average recovery rate was 99.64% with a RSD of 2.22% （ n = 5）. Conclusions： This method is accurate, rapid, sensitive and well repeatable, and is useful for the quality control of Sanduoxiao tea bag.
