摘要 目的:观察柠檬酸化硫酸钙对成骨细胞功能的影响,探讨该材料作为骨移植替代材料的可行性。方法:采用体外培养成骨细胞的方法,观察材料浸提液对成骨细胞增殖、碱性磷酸酶和骨钙素分泌能力的影响。结果:在100%浓度柠檬酸化硫酸钙浸提液中培养的成骨细胞增殖相对缓慢(但相对增殖率>90%),其细胞核内嗜银蛋白颗粒染色分析与对照组无显著性差异(P>0.05),其分泌骨钙素、碱性磷酸酶能力显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:柠檬酸化硫酸钙对成骨细胞不具有细胞毒性作用,随着硫酸钙的溶解,在材料植入部位的局部形成高钙环境,这有利于成骨细胞的增殖和分化促进新骨的形成。 Objective :To study the effects of Citrated Calcium Sulphate (CCaS) on osteoblasts function and explore the possibility of this biomaterial as bone graft substitutes. Methods: Using the method of in vitro cell culcure, the influences of CCaS on the osteoblasts functions, such as cell proliferation, ALP activity, osteocalcin production, were detected. Results:Osteoblasts cultured in DMEM containing 100% concentration CCaS solutions growed slightly slower, but their relatively growth rates (RGR) were superior to 90%. They had the same AgNOR number as in control group, and excreted much more ALP and osteocalcin compared to in control group. Conclusion:CCaS has no toxtic effects on osteoblasts and stimulates the proliferation and differenti- ation of osteoblasts.
