摘要
目的:研究人重组磷脂酶D2(rhPLD2)变构体的生物学功能。方法:采用由鸡卵白蛋白(Ovalbumin,OVA)诱导的豚鼠慢性哮喘模型,通过血小板聚集法以观察rhPLD2对哮喘中PAF的作用。结果:rhPLD2可显著降低豚鼠慢性哮喘模型血清中的PAF含量;与NS组相比较P<0.01。结论:rhPLD2在体内具有一定的抗哮喘炎症的生物学功能。
Objective:To study the biologic function of rhPLD2 mutation form. Methods:To adapt the guinea pig chronic asthma model was induced by OVA, the functions of rhPLD2 on PAF was observed through the assay of platelet congregating. Results:rhPLD2 remarkably reduced the lever of PAF in the serum of guinea pig chronic asthma model; compares with the NS group, the P 〈 0. 01. Conclusion:rhPLD2 has the certain biological function of antiasthmatic inflammation in vivo.
