摘要 目的:探讨IL-6、TNF-α与Graves病(GD)发病之间的联系及其意义。方法:采用ELISA法测定83例GD患者治疗前后外周血IL6、TNFα水平变化,并与T3、T4、FT3、FT4、TSH作多元相关性分析。结果:(1)GD患者IL6、TNFα水平显著高于正常人(P<0.0001),且两者间呈正相关(P<0.001)。(2)IL6、TNFα与T3、T4、FT3、FT4均呈正相关(P<0.001),而与TSH呈负相关(P<0.001)。(3)经治疗后IL6、TNFα水平明显下降(P<0.001),但仍高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:推测IL6、TNF异常升高可能与GD免疫学发病机制有关,经治疗后IL6、TNFα水平明显下降,提示抗甲状腺药物可能具有一定的免疫调节作用。 Objective: To explore the correlation between IL-6 and TNF-α and the pathogenesis of Graves Disease (GD). Methods:Serum levels of IL-6 and TNF-α were measured by ELISA in 83 GD patients with pre- and post- the ArID threatment. The multiple correlation between Serum IL-6 and TNF-α and T3 ,T4, FT3, FT4, TSH in those patients were also analysised. Results: ( 1 )The serum levels of IL-6 and TNF-αwere significantly higher in active GD patients than those of controls (P 〈 0. 000 1 ). The positive correlation had been found between IL-6 and TNF-α( P 〈 0. 001 ). (2) Peripheral blood IL-6 and TNF levels in those patients had a positive correlation with T3 ,T4 ,FI3 ,FT4(P 〈0. 001 ). And a negative correlation with TSH(P 〈0. 001 ). (3) After ATD therapy the IL-6 and TNF-αdecreased significantly( P 〈 0. 001 ) but were still higher than those of controls( P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion:Increased significantly levels of serum IL-6 and TNF-α might play a role in the immunopathologic of GD. After ATD treatment the serum levels of IL-6 and TNF-αremarkably decreased,which indicated that ATD might has some immune-regulation effects.
