摘要
论述了铝型材电泳涂漆的工艺原理、工艺控制方法和生产管理要求,分析生产实践中出现的产品缺陷的原因,提出了有效的改进方法。
The electric-deposition principle, process control and requirement of production manage of aluminium alloy profile are introduced.The factors which bring about the various of flaws on the production are analysed. The effecive improvement methods are presented.
