基于C^(++)Builder的通用凸轮轮廓CAD系统研究

摘要 利用C++Bu ilder开发了具有通用性的凸轮轮廓CAD系统,该系统可灵活地调整凸轮设计精度,提供多种适应凸轮设计特点的从动件运动规律输入和设定方式,特别适用于凸轮从动件有复杂组合运动要求下的高精度凸轮轮廓设计.设计结果可生成方便修改和编辑的A u toCAD工程图和供凸轮机构动力学分析的数据文档,并直接产生数控代码用于凸轮的数控生产. A general-utility cam contour CAD system is developed by taking advantage of C Builder. The system provides flexible approaches to adjust the design precision of cam contour. Various methods to input motions of the driven member are also available in this system. The system is especially suitable for the design of high-precision cam contour with the requirement of complex combination motion for the driven member. The results of design include all data needed for analyzing dynamics feature of cam mechanism and manufacturing and AutoCAD drawings can be modified easily. The system can created numerical control programs directly used to cut or shape the cam on numerical control machines.
