摘要
在阐述薄壁圆筒结构有限元分析的三种加载方法(常规加载方法;局部建立刚性区域;刚性梁传递载荷)的基础上,分别运用这三种方法对门座起重机圆筒门架结构进行了静力学分析,并做了分析比较.分析表明:三种方案均是可行的,后两种方法优于第一种方法,在薄壁圆筒结构局部建立刚性区域,能简化计算步骤、节约计算资源,运用得当可以获得事半功倍的效果.
In this paper three types of load schemes (general method; rigid region; transfer ring load by rigid beam) are used to analyzing the thin-walled column parts. All schemes are feasible, however the second and the third one are superior to the first one. Forcing portions of the model to behave as rigid bodies can simplify the process.
