特殊节假日的短期电力负荷预测新方法

A New Method for Short-term Load Forecasting for Special Days

针对电力系统短期负荷预测中特殊节假日负荷预测的特殊性,提出一种基于模糊逻辑的预测方法,该方法合理运用了模糊逻辑对不确定问题的推理能力,克服了特殊节假日由于负荷特性的不同以及历史数据的缺乏所导致的预测困难,仿真结果验证了该方法的可行性。

Fuzzy logic is better for dealing with uncertainty. In this paper, we present a method/or shortterm load forecasting for special days using fuzzy logic. The model we presented aims at the particularity of sort-term load forecasting for special days and can achieve better precise when the available data are not enough to forecast the load by other methods. The simulation results illustrate that the model is available.
