摘要
通过晶体学取向分布函数(CODF)法研究了冷轧形变量、再结晶退火和相变循环次数等因素对钛相变织构形成的影响。结果表明冷轧形变量对相变织构的形成影响最大。再结晶退火后钛的相交织构漫散。多次循环相变并不改变相变织构的类型。
The influence of cold rolling reductions,annealing and cyclic phase transformation treatments on formation of phase transformation textures in titanium sheet,has been investigated by means of crystallite orientation distribution function(CODF) analysis.The results show that, the cold rolling reduction has a great effect on the development of phase transformation textures.In cold rolled and recrystallization annealed titanium sheet,a more random texture distribution has formed after α→β→α phase transformation.The phase transformation texture[2110] ND,formed after 1 cycle of α→β→α phase transformation,has been inherited through 3 cycles of α→β→α phase transformation.
