摘要
考察了液态不同温度处理在各种冷却条件下对高硅Al-Si合金凝固后的初晶硅组织和力学性能的影响。结果表明,在快速冷却条件下,液态高温处理能改变固态初晶硅组织并提高拉伸性能和改善耐磨性。液态温度处理影响固态组织和性能是由于液态结构变化引起的。
The influences of liquid temperatures on the primary silicon structure and mechanical properties of hypereutectic Al-Si alloys containing high silicon level, in various cooling rate conditions,have been studied.Experimental results showed that high temperatures can obviously changed the primary silicon structure,and increased tensile properties and wearability under the condition of high cooling rate. The phenomena were attributed to the change of the liquid structure of the Al-Si alloy due to liquid temperature increase.
