经皮射频消融髓核成形术治疗椎间盘源性腰痛

Treatment of Discogenic Pain by Nuleoplasty

目的探讨经皮射频消融髓核成形术治疗椎间盘源性腰痛的疗效、优缺点及其并发症的防治。方法对47例椎间盘源性腰痛患者采用ArthroCare 2000行射频消融髓核成形术。结果随访4～36个月，平均19个月。依据VAS评分系统评定，有效率为97％，VAS降低53％（P〈0．05），无严重的并发症发生。结论经皮射频消融髓核成形术治疗椎间盘源性腰痛方法简单，有效率高，并发症少。

Objective To explore the clinical efficacy, advantages, disadvantages and the prevention of complications in the treatment of diseogenie pain by nuleoplasty. Methods Nuleoplasty was performed on 47 patients with diseogenie pain by ArthroCare 2000. Results Forty- seven eases were followed up from 4 to 36 months （average 19 months）. The general clinical effective rate was 97%, the average scores of VAS were droped at 53 %. No serious complications were oceured. Conclusion Nuleopasty is a simple method and the effective rate is high and the complications are few.
