摘要 内皮素-1(endothelin-1,ET-1)主要由血管内皮细胞分泌。它不仅是最有效的血管收缩因子,还在哺乳动物生殖过程中起重要作用。在卵巢中,ET-1可调节甾体激素合成,并在黄体退化过程中起重要作用。ET-1还参与调节人月经周期中子宫内膜的血流,并和妊娠期间子宫内膜蜕膜化、早期胎盘形成、分娩启动以及一些妇科疾病密切相关。 Endothelin-1 (ET-1) is mainly produced by vascular endothelial cells in vivo. ET-1 is not only one of the most potential vascular contractors, but also widely involved in many aspects of mammalian reproduction. In corpus luteum, ET-1 can regulate the synthesis of steroid hormones and therefore mediate the process of luteolysis. ET-1 can also modulate the blood flow in the endometrium during human menstrual cycles and play important roles in decidualization, early placentation, initiation of the parturition and some pathological changes or diseases during the labor.
