摘要 目的:探讨氯化钠溶液对脱矿牙本质再矿化晶体结构和Ca、P含量的影响。方法:制备20个脱矿人牙牙本质片,分成实验组和对照组,实验组用0.5 mol/L氯化钠溶液浸泡,对照组用去离子水浸泡,然后再矿化,通过X-衍射仪和X-荧光光谱仪观测比较再矿化后两组晶体结构和Ca、P含量的变化。结果:氯化钠溶液浸泡与去离子水浸泡的脱矿牙本质片相比较,再矿化后生成的晶体晶胞参数a轴缩短(P<0.01),c轴无明显变化(P>0.05),晶体结晶度增加。磨片上生成Ca、P含量显著增多(P<0.01)。结论:0.5 mol/L氯化钠溶液可以提高脱矿牙本质再矿化的效果,生成的晶体晶格更稳定。 Objective: To investigate the influence of NaCI solution on remineralization of demineralized dentin in crystalline structure and weight percentage calcium and phosphorus. Methods: Twenty human root dentin sections were demineralized in an acidic gel ( PH = 4.0) for 48 hours, then divided into experimental group and control group. Ten sections were immersed in 0.5mol/L NaCI solution in experimental group, the other ten sections were immersed in deionized water in control group. All sections were subjected to remineralization treatment. Crystalline structure and weight percentage of calcium and phosphorus were compared to X - ray diffraction analyzer and X - ray fluorescence analyzer. Results: The length of the a - axis of dentin crystallite increased ( P 〈0. 01 ), however the length ofc - axis of dentin crystallite did not changed ( P 〉 0.05). Crystallinity as well as content of calcium and phosphorus increased in experimental group compared with control group (P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion: Effect of remineralization of demineralized dentin was enhanced by 0.5mol/L NaCI solu- tion treatment, and the lattice became more stable.
