摘要
目的对江苏省医学影像技术人力资源的现状进行调查分析和评价。方法采用问卷调查的方式,对江苏省22所三级医院的医学影像技术人力资源的现状进行调查,调查内容包括年龄结构、职称分布、学历情况、科研水平等,对所得数据通过计算机进行统计分析。结果医学影像技术人员的初始学历普遍偏低,所学专业为医学影像技术的多数为中专;高级职称所占比例极低(仅占4.1%),职称结构不合理;科研水平较低,近5a独立完成的各级科研课题仅有12项。结论高等学校应加强医学影像技术本科、大专(包括高等职业)层次的教育,尽快为用人单位输送高层次的影像技术专门人才,同时应加强职工的继续教育,提高他们的理论知识、基本技能和科研水平,以适应飞速度发展的医学影像学的需要。
Objective To investigate and evaluate the current status of human resources of medical imaging technology in Jiangsu province. Methods this investigation which comprised the structure of age , professional title, educational background, scientific - research level etc of the professional persons engaged in medical imaging was performed by the means of the questionnare in 22 third - class hospitals over the Jiangsu province. All data obtained from the investigation were statistically analyzed by computer. Results the investigation shown that, the primary education background of most professional persons was middle education so that their level and experience were lower. The professional persons with high title only occupied 4.1 per cent in all subjects and therefore the seientifie- research level of professional persons over the province was lower as a whole. Conclusion It is urged to elevate the educational level of professional persons engaged in medical imaging and enhance their professional training.
