Purification of Ovarian Cancer Cell Membrane Marker and Its Antibody

通过ConA-Sepharose 4B亲和色谱纯化了卵巢癌细胞膜标志物（OCCM）,以纯化的OC-CM免疫新西兰兔制备兔抗体并进行免疫吸附纯化,利用酶联免疫吸附分析检测了卵巢癌患者外周血中OCCM的含量,初步探讨了其在临床诊项卵巢癌的应用价值.

Ovarian cancer cell membrane marker (OCCM) had been purified by affinity chrornatogra-phy on ConA-Sepharose 4B column. Rabbit antibody against the OCCM was purified by immunosor-bent method. The contents of the OCCM in circulating blood were detected by enzyme linked im-munosorbent assay. The value of the OCCM at clinical diagnosing of ovarian cancer was explored pre-liminarily.
