白细胞介素-2缓释剂的研制

摘要 采用人胎胶原与白细胞介素-2混合制成微柱剂型,经小鼠皮下注入后观察血液中的动态变化。结果表明;缓释剂型可持续24h,而普通水溶剂型仅在体内停留4h。 In this paper, a sustained release system for interleukin-2 (1L-2) was made by using collagen as a carrier material. Pharmacokinetic study in C57BL/6 mice revealed that 1L-2 in the serum become undetectable by 4 h after a subcutaneous injection of aqueous IL-2. In contrast, after a subcutaneous injection of collagen-based IL-2, the elimination was 24 h.
