摘要
目的评估危重创伤病人复苏后呼吸功能改变的临床意义,提出纠正的对策,以预防ARDS的发生。方法对我院创伤重症加强病房(TICU)收治的40例复苏后多发伤病人均行血气分析测定,并对异常结果进行分析、判断。结果全组病人均存在不同程度的低氧血症,换气功能障碍是其主要原因之一。结论注重低氧血症的治疗是复苏后多发伤病人救治的重要内容之一,可有效预防ARDS的发生。
Objective To study the clinical sginificance of changes of respiratory function in patients with multiple trauma after resuscitation, so as to find an effective treatment for prevention of ARDS. Methods Blood gas of 40 cases was measured after resuscitation, and then, the total abnormal data was analyzed. ResUlts Hypoxemia was found in all the cases,which was caused by dysfunction of gas exchange in lung. Conclusion It is important to pay much attention to hypoxemia which occurred after resuscitation of multiple trauma,so as to prevente ARDS successfully.
