摘要 评估颅脑损伤病人的预后是神经外科医生面临的重要问题,对可能的预测因素的了解及对颅脑损伤病人的正确处理将有助于改善其预后,并减少不良预后的发生率和死亡率。 It is important for neurosurgeons to assess the outcome of patients with traumatic brain injury. A knowledge of possible prognostic factors and the correct management may help to improve its outcome, morbidity and mortality.
