亚临床心力衰竭的临床诊断探讨

Subclinical heart failure:Study of clinical diagnosis

对６８例亚临床心力衰竭（心衰）患者进行了临床观察。结果表明：３６例（５２．９％）患者表现为平卧时气短或干咳，头部垫高后缓解。２３例（３３．８％）患者肺底部呼吸音减低或少许细湿性口罗音伴有肺动脉第二音亢进或舒张期奔马律。５例（７．４％）患者心电图ＰｔｆＶ１负值＜０．０３ｍｍ·ｓ。４例（５．９％）患者颈静脉搏动伴肝脏轻度肿大。作者对这些症状在亚临床心衰诊断中的意义进行了探讨。

Clinical observation was made in 68 patients with subclinical heart failure.52 9% of the patients presented short breath or dry cough,but the symptoms might be modified by putting something under the head to raise it higher.33 8% of the patients were revealed to have lowered respiratory sound at the pulmonary base.Occasionally,fine moist rales accompanied by the accentuation of pulmonic second sound (P 2) or the diastolic gallop rhythm.7 4%.of the electrocardioguams showed PtfV 1<-0 03mm·s.5 9% presented pulsation of the jugular veins accompanied by mild enlargement of the liver.The significance of the above symptoms in the diagnosis of subclinical heart failure was discussed.
