摘要
为满足学校实验需要,采用变频器对CA6140车床主拖动系统进行改造。文中介绍了电气线路改造方案,变频器接线方案、参数设置,以及改造后主轴转速调整与计算方法。实践证明,该改造方法适合学校实验室的实际情况,教学实验更直观,教学效果也随之提高。
To meet the need of university lab work, the main driving system of a CA6140 lathe is restructured by using a converter.This paper depiets the blueprint of restrueturing the eleetro - eireuit,converter connection and parameter setting, and the way of adjusting and calculating of lathe principal axis rotate speed after restructuring. Through practice, it has proved that the restructuring method helps the laboratory adequately function in university lab work. The course offerings on experiment are vivid and visual and the effect of teaching is enhanced.
