The Development and Applications on Ultrasonic Motors in Japan

摘要 超声马达的研究,二三十年前在前苏联和美国已经开始。自从指田年生于1983年研制出了行波型超声马达后,研究的中心转到了日本,超声马达的一系列重大研究和开发成果均出自日本。本文根据近年来日本的有关文献资料,综述了超声马达在日本的开发与应用,以及今后的研究课题和发展趋势。 The research on ultrasonic motors had begun in the former C.C.C.P.and the U. S.A.20~30 years ago.Since the traveling wave type ultrasonic motor was developed by T. Sashida in 1983,the research center have been displaced to Japan and some successful results of the research and the development on ultrasonic motors were from Japan.This paper sum- marizes the development and applications on ultrasonic motors in Japan according to relevant documents from Japan in recent years.It points the problems and trends in ultrasonic motors later.
