摘要
研究了应变式测力传感器的动态测量误差来源,直接根据测力传感器的输入-输出微分方程式,建立起补偿传感器动态测量误差的差分方程以及由计算机实现的补偿算法。计算机对传感器输出的模拟信号进行采样后,对所得到的相应数字量进行补偿运算,得到消除了动态误差的动态力测量结果。
The source of dynamic measuring error of strain gauge load cell is analyzed. Cell's analogue signal output is converted into digital signal. The digital compensation method is established and came out in computer by directly using cell's input-output differential transfer function. And at last the dynamic force with reduced dynamic measuring error is achieved.
