摘要
取50只杂种健康家兔,其中25只皮下注射盐酸苯肼制备溶血性贫血(HA)模型,另外25只行60Co6Gyγ-射线亚致死量全身照射后输注同种异体胸腺淋巴细胞以诱发再生障碍性贫血(AA,再障)模型。结果HA组成功率100%,死亡率56%;AA组成功率为92%。这两种方法制备的贫血模型有很大差异,但发生时间较稳定,实验重复性好,结果可靠,这为HA和AA发病机理的探讨及实验研究奠定了基础。
hybris rabbits were divided at random into two groups. 25 rabbits were injected with phenyl hydrochloride subcutaneous to prepare a model of hemolytic anemia(HA).The other 25 rabbits with aplastic anemia(AA) were induced that they were given the allogeneic thymus lymphocytes transfusion on general irradiation by 60Co 6GY r-rays of half lethal dose. The result showed that the rate of success was 100% and death in 14 out of 25(56%) rabbitsin group HA. In group AA the rate of success was 92% in 23 out of 25 rabbits.There are great difference between the HA and AA models prepared with these two methods.The two amemic models have layed a foundation on HA and AA the pathogenesis and the experimental study , and they have a better stabilization in pathogenenic period, good experimental repetition and the reliable results.
