摘要
实验性呼吸窘迫综合征犬油酸模型的红细胞和白细胞变形能力以及静注油酸后240min内(0,30,60,120和240min5个时点)肺血流阻力的动态变化,发现肺血流阻力进行性增加(由基础值35.5±7.0kPa.s/L增至240min时95.5±26.5kPa.s/L,P<0.01),红细胞和白细胞变形指数分别由基础值0.36±0.08,4.10±0.75升为240min时0.62±0.22,6.91±1.44(P<0.01),即红细胞和白细胞变形能力显著降低。单因素直线回归分析示肺血流阻力与红细胞和白细胞变形能力呈负相关。
The present work reports the changes of pulmonary flow resistance,and the deformability of red and white blood cells during experimental respiratory distress syndrome induced by oleic acid in dogs.It was found that pulmonary flow resistance increased progressively, the deformability of red blood cells and white blood cells decreased obviously from 60 min and 120 min after oleic acid infusion respectively. The analysis of liner regression on the pulmonary flow resistance and the deformability of red and white blood cells suggested that the increase of pulmonary flow resistance had close relation to the decrease of deformability of red blood cells and white blood cells.
