本文首先从理论上分析中国对印度直接投资的潜力,在此基础上结合中国对印度直接投资现状,总结了影响中国对印度直接投资的几点不利因素,并指出这些不利因素会随着中印关系的进一步发展逐步得到化解。最后就中国对印度直接投资的行业潜力进行探讨。

This paper primarily analyses the potential of direct investment from China to India in theory. By integrating the theory with the status in quo, this paper summarizes several adverse factors, and indicates that these factors will be resolved along with the further improvement of China-Indian relations. At last, this paper discusses the industry potential of China's direct investment to India.
