摘要
本文基于对“轨道主导”型TOD内涵及其模型的分析,指出其政策含义及对城市轨道交通可持续发展的支点作用,并提出了建立促进南京实旌“轨道主导”型TOD开发的类型及机制的设想。
This thesis based on the analysis to the meaning and the model of Track-based TOD. It points out the policy-revelation and the fulcrum function to the sustainable development of Nanjing urban rail transit. This thesis suggests establishing the modes and the mechanisms to promote the Track-based TOD.
