摘要
目的:探讨中药洋金花对大鼠癫痫模型惊厥潜伏期及海马神经元的影响。方法:通过洋金花原生粉灌胃给药,记录美解眠诱发大鼠出现Ⅰ ̄Ⅱ级惊厥行为的潜伏期及动物死亡数,并对给药20d后的大鼠脑组织切片进行观察。结论:洋金花可延长美解眠诱发大鼠惊厥的潜伏期,降低大鼠死亡率,并且对海马神经元起保护作用。
Objective:To observe the effect of Yangjinhua on convulsionary delitescence and hippocampus neuron of epileptic model rats. Methods:Epileptic model rats were given Yangjinhua proto-powder through stomach perfusing. Then the convulsionary delitescence of rats' Ⅰ - Ⅱ periods caused by bemegride and the number of dead rats were recorded. After 20 days treatment, the rats' brain tissue sections were observed. Conclusion:Yangjinhua could prolong the convulsionary delitescence of rats caused by bemegride, reduce rats' death rate and protect hippocampus neuron.
