教育经济与管理学科发展的困境与对策

Plight of the Disciplinary Development of Educational Economy and Management and its Corresponding Countermeasures

教育经济与管理是教育学、经济学和管理学多学科交叉的学科。我国教育经济与管理专业学科发展速度喜人,但仍存在着研究范式缺失、课程体系错位、研究人员匮乏和教学形式与方法单一的困境。为此要重建学科的研究范式、建构完善的课程体系、培养合格的研究队伍、丰富教学形式与方法。

Educational economy and management is a multi-interdisciplinary subject intersected by education, economy and management. The speed of its development in China is satisfactory, but there still lies the plight in terms of research paradigm, curriculum system, researchers and the form and method of teaching. Corresponding countermeasures are put forward： the research paradigm should be reconstructed, perfect curriculum system should be set up, qualified researchers should be cultivated, and teaching methods and means should be enriched.
