埋没在两大政党之间的日本共产党——以第20次日本参议院议员选举为例

Japanese Communist Party Covered in the Shadow of Two Major Parties: A Case Study of the 20th Japanese Senator's Election

日本共产党在近年来的国政选举中一再败退,以2004年参议院议员改选为例,该次选举对共产党扭转颓势、稳固士气、拓展生存空间有重要影响,共产党选举前也作了大量准备工作,但选举结果以大败告终,日本议会选举制度的改革和日益保守的政治生态及政治格局进一步压缩了共产党的生存空间,而日本共产党在频繁的选举中疲于应付以及宣传、组织动员等工作的不够充分也是重要原因。同时,日本共产党中央委员会也担负有一定责任。今后日本共产党需要在宣传、组织、动员及人才的培养方面积极适应信息化时代选举形势的要求,竭尽全力提高党的形象,扩大影响和号召力,这样才能在日本政坛占有一席之地。

Japanese Communist Party （JCP） has failed repeatedly in political elections in recent years. In 2004 senator＇s election, which would exert an important influence upon changing the declining tendency, consolidating the morale and expanding the space of survival, the JCP prepared a lot for it and suffered a heavy defeat, however. The reform in the election system of Japanese parliament and the more conservative political atmosphere compress the survival space of the JCP. Another two reasons for the defeat include： the JCP was tired out by too frequent elections and the JCP central committee should take some responsibilities. In order to make its own way in the Japanese political arena, the JCP should meet the demands of elections in the information era in terms of propaganda, organization, mobilization and talents＇ training, make great efforts to improve the image of party and extend its influence as well.
