摘要
阿尔茨海默病（Ａｌｚｈｅｉｍｅｒ′ｄｉｓｅａｓｅ，ＡＤ）是一种大脑进行性退变疾患，严重影响老年人的健康与生活质量。因此，世界各国制药界不断研制并推出抗ＡＤ新药进入临床试验，并已有几个药物上市。本文对已临床使用或正在临床试验的他克林，茴拉西坦，脑活素，丙戊茶碱，石杉碱甲，ＳＤＺ－ＥＮＡ－７１３，Ｅ－２０２０，ＮＩＫ－２４７等１０多个药物的疗效、作用机制、给药剂量方案与毒副作用等作一简述。
Since Alzheimer′s disease seriously affects the health and life quality of old people,so that a lot of efforts have been devoted to develop new drugs for treat-ing this disease,In this paper,the efficacy,mechanism of action,dosage,dosing sche-dule,and ADRs of drugs for treatment of this disease are reviewed, they include tacrine,aniracetam,cerebrolysin,propentofylline,huperzine A,SDZ-ENA-713,E-2020,and NIK-247.
