摘要
用舒氨西林（６～７．５ｇ静点，１次／ｄ）治疗肺部感染１１０例，痊愈８３．６％，显效１１．８％，总有效率９５．４％。１例于疗程后出现皮疹，对症处理后消失，出现恶心者３例，１例血清转氨酶升高，不需中断治疗。效果明显优于氨苄青霉素。
patients with lung infections were treated with ampicillin and sul-bactam combination(sultamicillin,Shuanxilin)in a daily dose of 6.0～7.5g administered by infusion,for a period of 7～10d with a total effective rate of 95.4%and a mild ad-verse reaction.
