网塞充填式无张力疝修补术在腹股沟疝中的应用(附116例报告)

Application of tension,free hernioplasty with mesh,plug in inguinal hernia(A report of 116 cases)

目的总结充填式无张力疝修补术的近期疗效。方法对我科自2002年8月至2005年7月收治116例腹股沟疝采用网塞充填式无张力疝修补术进行回顾性分析。结果所有病人均治愈出院。术后并发尿潴留8例,阴囊积液4例,伤口持续疼痛2例,局部轻度隆起伴异物感1例,切口下血肿4例。随访3～24个月,发现2例复发。结论网塞充填式无张力疝修补术是一种具有手术操作简单、创伤小、无张力、省时、近期疗效满意及复发低的疝修补术方法。

Objective To summarize the recent curative effects of tension-free hernioplasty ininguinal hernia with mesh plug. Methods From August 2002 to July 2005,116 cases with inguinalhernia received tension-free repair with mesh plug were analyzed retrospectively.Results All caseswere cured to discharge from hospital. Postoperative complications were as follows： 8 cases of urinaryretention,4 cases scrotal hydrosy,2 cases persistent wound pain, 1 case local mild protrusion withforeign body sensation and 4 infraincisional haematoma. All cases were follow-up. The follow-up timewas from 3 to 24 months. Local recurrence was found in 2 cases. Conclusion Tension-freehernioplasty with mesh-plug is a perfect surgical operation. It＇s main advantages are simplemanipulation, less trauma, tension-free, a good curative effect and lower recurrent rate.
