微创穿针固定法治疗肱骨外科颈骨折

Mini,invasive transfixed immobilization for the treatment of humoral surgical neck fracture

目的探讨微创穿针固定法治疗肱骨外科颈骨折的治疗方法及效果。方法用微创穿针固定法治疗肱骨外科颈骨折35例,术后平均随防10月(6～12月),分析其治疗效果及并发症。结果本组病例经微创穿针固定法治疗,骨折愈合早,肩关节功能恢复早,优良率达91.4%。结论微创穿针固定法治疗肱骨外科颈骨折具有创伤小,操作简易,术后能早期功能锻炼,骨折愈合早,是一种值得推广的微创手术。

Objective To explore the therapeatic method and the effect of mini-invasivetransfixed immobilization to treat the surgical neck fractures of humerus. Methods From July 2002to October 2005,mini-invasive transirLxations were employed for 35 patients with humeral surgicalneck fractures.The average follow-up period was 10 months （6 to 12 months ）. The curative effectand its complication were analyzed retro-spectively. Results The rate of excellent and good resultwere 91.4% in the mini-invasive transfixed immobilization. The patients were cured more rapidly andthe function of the shoulder joint was recovered more early.Conclusion Mini-invasive transirLxation isa valuable method for fractures of surgical neck of humerus. It＇s advantages are less trauma, simplemanipuahion rapid bone healing and early functional exercise.
