联合多虑平综合治疗功能性消化不良108例临床分析

The clinical analysis of 108 cases of functional dyspepsia treated by combined therapy associating with doxepin

目的评价联合多虑平综合治疗功能性消化不良(FunctionalDyspepsia,FD)的疗效及安全性。方法200例FD患者随机分成两组,对照组给予抑酸剂、治疗组除上述两类药物外加用抗抑郁药(多虑平),疗程均4周。结果治疗组的显效率、有效率、无效率及总有效率分别为61.1%、31.5%、7.4%、92.6%,对照组的显效率、有效率、无效率及总有效率分别为30.4%、37.0%、32.6%、67.4%,两组比较有显著差异(P<0.01)。4周后门诊随访3个月,治疗组总复发率3.7%,对照组总复发率为17.4%,两组复发率比较有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论联合多虑平综合治疗FD的疗效显著。

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of associating with doxpin in tearing functional dyspepsia. Methods 200 patients with FD were randomly divided into two groups. The control group were treated with acid-suppressive agents and prokinetics, andthe treated group were treated with above-mentioned mendicine and antidepressants（doxepin）.Both of the groups had been treated for 4weeks.ResultS In the treated group, the clear effective , effective, invalid, total effective rates were respefively 61.1% ,31.5%,7.4% and 92.6%.In the control group ,the clear effective ,effective, invalid, total effective rates were respetively 30.4% ,37.0% ,32.6% and 67.4%.The difference of the two groups was significant （P〈0.01）.After treatment, the 100 patients were examined for 3 months .In the treated group, the total reoccurrence rates was 3.7%. In the control group, it was 17.4%.The difference of the two groups was significant （P〈0.01）.Conclusion The clinical efficacy of combined therapy with doxepin on functional dyspepsia is significant.
