甘露醇和氯丙嗪对家兔周围神经缺血再灌注损伤电生理变化的影响 被引量:7

Influence of mannitol and chlorpromazine on electrophysiological changes of peripheral nerve ischemic and reperfusion injury in rabbits

摘要 目的:研究家兔周围神经缺血再灌注时电生理变化规律,及应用甘露醇和氯两嗪后的影响。方法:采用暂时阻断兔骼总动脉起始处血流的实验模型,连续动态检测周围神经电生理的变化。结果:缺血期间运动神经传导速度减慢,动作电位波幅衰减,潜伏期延长。缺血6小时再灌注组电生理变化,较缺血3小时再灌注组明显。再灌注前应用甘露醇和氛丙嗪对缺血再灌注后,神经电生理变化较小,而且前者作用强于后者。结论:电生理变化程度与缺血及再灌注时间有关。甘露醇和氯丙嗪对周围神经缺血再灌注损伤均有保护作用。 Rabbits were used to study the electrophysiological changes of peripheral nerve ischemia and reperfusion injury and the influence of mannitol and chlorpromazine. The common iliac artery of rabbits was blocked. The electrophysiological changes were recorded continuously, The nerve conductive velocity decreased, the action potential amplitude decreased and the latency time prolonged. The electrophysiological changes were more prominent after 6 hours of ischemia than after 3 hours of ischemia and reperfusion. Use of mannitol or chlorpromazine before repurfusion ameliorated the changes, and the effect of mannitol was greater. So mannitol and chlorpromazine have protective effect on ischemic and reperfusion injury of peripheral nerve.
