长春瑞滨联合顺铂治疗晚期转移性乳腺癌临床观察

Nvelbine Combined With Cisplatin For Treatment Of Advanced Breast Cancer

目的 评价国产长春瑞滨（NVB，商品名盖诺）联合顺铂（DDP）治疗晚期转移性乳腺癌的临床疗效和毒副反应。方法 32例晚期转移性乳腺癌患者采用长春瑞滨25mg／m^2，静脉滴注，第1天，第8天；DDP30mg／m^2，静脉滴注，第1～3天。21d为1周期，2周期后评价疗效。结果 全组均可评价，CR4例，PR14例。有效率（RR）为56，25％。剂量限制性毒性为骨髓抑制，外周静脉炎的发生率亦较明显。结论 NP对晚期转移性乳腺癌有较高疗效，毒副反应可耐受。

Objective To evaluate the results ofconbination chemotherapy with navelbine （NVB） and cisplatin （DDP） in the treatment of advanced breast cancer. Methods 32 case of advanced breast cancer patients were treated with chemotherapy consisting of NVB 25mg/m^2, First day, elghth day, PPD 30mg/m^2, First day during third day, repeated every 21 days. Effect has been exalutated after 2 cycles. Results All case were evaluated. There was 4 CR in patients treated with the regimen, PR was 14, The response rate was 18 in 32 case （56.25%）. The side effects were manly myleosuppression and peripheral phlebitis. Condusion The result shewed that the combined chemotherapy is safe in the treatment of advanced breast cancer patients, and the adverse effects are tolerable.
