摘要 介绍了单塔快速变压吸附制氧的原理和流程,通过实验研究了微型RPSA制氧过程中几个主要的工艺参数对系统性能的影响规律。实验结果表明:随着吸附时间和解吸时间的增加,产品气纯度先升高后下降,存在一个最佳的吸附时间和解吸时间;在本实验条件下,随着反吹阻力的增大,产品气的纯度升高,但其升幅逐渐减小;产品气的纯度随着吸附塔高径比的增大而增大。 In this paper, the principle and process of single-bed rapid pressure swing adsorption are introduced. The effects of process parameters on performance of miniature RPSA oxygen system are experimentally investigated. The experimental results show that, with the increase of adsorption time and desorption time, the product purity increases rapidly, and then decreases, including a optimum point; with the increase of throttle resistance, the product purity increases; the product purity increases with the bed slenderness ratio increasing.
