简述了顺磁式氧分析器的计量检定方法及过程。给出了检定过程中测量误差的数学模型及测量不确定度的来源,并对检定过程中的不确定度进行了评定。
The method and the course of verification of paramagnetic oxygen analyzer was briefly described. The mathematical model of the measurement error in the course of verification and the sources of the uncertainty of measurement for the standard of measurement of paramagnetic oxygen analyzer were given. The components of the uncertainty of measurement were evaluated.
