针对风机铝叶片下料,介绍了在实践中已证实可行的带锯床结构及切割加工新方法,在立式带锯床上锯割加工,从而满足了任意形状和大小的叶片下料。

For the lay-oil of Aluminum blade of fan, the structure of saw and new cutting process technology which are proved to be feasible is introduced. Machining on vertical band saw could satisfy various shape and size of blade layoff.
